Laurence CALMELS-LAVERGNE

Laurence has the ability to design, organise and create an overall picture that corresponds to her humanist vision of society. She worked as a French teacher in the north of England- an experience that made her very much an Anglophile- before turning to the domains of communication and business sport (HR, coaching). For 7 years, she took great satisfaction in the creation of the aeroscopia museum in Blagnac and in the management of the Manatour Group.
Her family life with her two (“high potential”) sons reminded her of how each child is unique and requires a personalised approach. She then decided to take the plunge and give substance to her deep convictions with regard to education and created the “Joyeux Matins” primary school. Giving children back the joy of learning, rekindling the desire to discover the world, innovating to adapt to a fast-shifting society… the ray of sunshine that now enlightens her happy mornings!
She leads the entire project and coordinates the educational committee.

Sébastien Cazassus

Sébastien CAZASSUS
director – teacher

Sébastien is passionate about education, personal development and self-fulfilment. Holder of a degree in Ethnology, for 17 years he worked as a teacher, school director and trainer in educational digital technology, particularly in priority education areas.
“There is nothing more satisfying that a child coming to school with a smile on their face and a sparkle in their eyes when it comes to learning.” First and foremost, the school should be a place of well-being, sharing and cooperation, a place where each child can flourish and develop their potential while learning to understand and how to act in the world around them, in addition to respecting citizenship and the environment.
Sébastien is excited to join the team at “Joyeux Matins” as part of an innovative project that combines active and explicit pedagogies in research.

Sophie Francon

Sophie FRANCON

Sophie is an explorer. She is part of the developing “interdependent” trend. As a “Nous” alchemist, she knows how to combine talent and energy in order to learn and “crack” complex problems and act towards transition.
In her capacity as an agricultural engineer specialising in systemic approaches, Sophie works hand-in-hand with organisations of different sizes on sustainable performance.
Resolutely progressive, she is also committed to facilitating consultations within her domain.
The emergence of these two branches has led her to look at the school environment and the world of education in light of neurocognitive approaches.
Thanks to her profound humanist spirit, she is naturally dedicated to the same quest: to make systems more respectful and favourable with regard to the particularities and the development of each individual as well as cultivating individuals’ adaptabilities.
Meeting Laurence happened at the right time!

Pascale HAAG

Pascale is a psychologist and lecturer at the School of Advanced Studies in Social Sciences (Paris). It was her initiative to create the Lab School Network, which aims to put research at the service of academic success and to promote the exchanges between the relevant stakeholders of the educational ecosystem. She was also the founder of France’s first lab school: the Lab School Paris, a pilot school which opened in September 2017.
Holder of a Vocational Aptitude Certificate in Musical Education, she was also a teacher in artistic education until 1998. She resumed her studies to undertake a doctorate in Indian Studies in 2002. After completing her doctorate, she decided to further broaden her fields of expertise by studying psychology at the University of Nanterre, where she graduated with a doctorate in psychology on doctoral experience, with a particular focus on stress, health and the mentoring relationship in 2018. She was the secretary on the Board of the French and Francophone Association of Positive Psychology from 2015 – 2017. In September 2019, she joined the BONHEURS laboratory at the University of Cergy-Pontoise.
Pascale has been immersed in Freinet pedagogy since her childhood because her parents, who were both school teachers, became interested in alternative pedagogies and their implementation in sensitive, suburban neighbourhoods of Strasbourg from the 1970s.
Today she is the scientific director of Lab School Paris, partner of the Joyeux Matins primary school.

Corinne Moureau

Corinne MOUREAU

Learn for yourself, learn from each Other: knowledge is there for the taking. It is the desire to learn and give this learning meaning which has guided and driven her to make choices.
This was her first driving force to undertake scientific studies. After completing a diploma in biochemical engineering, she then did a doctorate which led her to do research and development in biotechnologies for ten years. Afterwards, she discovered a psychoanalysis which guided her to this singular desire that is unconscious desire.
As a 1999 graduate of the Toulouse II University, Corinne is a clinical psychologist and a regional health authority approved psychotherapist thanks to her “Autisms” inter-university diploma that she obtained in 2010. She has worked as a psychologist in a medico-educational institution and as an independent psychologist for over twenty years. Learning from each Other does not put a stop to the desire to transmit, which is what she undertakes when carrying out her training sessions (support for people with disabilities, special needs support workers, specialised educators) and groups to analyse practices and supervision.

Eric PAUTAL

Eric is an ethical and responsible manager. He has worked in the aeronautics and space sector for 22 years. A convinced industrialist, he supervises his team on a daily basis with regard to the development of each individual. His greatest satisfaction is seeing his employees grow and achieve their potential. Against the increased complexity of this world, transmission and integration are part of his fundamental values.
Father of two children, he understands the importance of developing his own judgement as a way out of immediacy and interpretations. For 4 years, he has worked on a project to open a college that provides ‘meaning’: A place of human development that is both collective and individual, so that everyone can understand the world, position themselves and build a future. In Eric’s opinion, respect, commitment, open-mindedness, empathy and individual support are the keys to success.
In other words, what could be more natural and legitimate for our education system than developing all types of intelligence and support for each student as well as perceiving happiness and curiosity in the eyes of our children?
He is pleased to participate with enthusiasm and humility in the educational committee.

Bruno Sola

Bruno SOLA

Bruno Sola is 42 years old and is not only a member of the FFP, but also an entrepreneur at heart. He launched his first company Bizness in 2007, which is an innovative EduTech in the Occitan region. His objective: to dust off the world of vocational training!
That same year, the arrival of the iPhone changed our notions and patterns of use and consumption. From then on, Bruno has had one conviction: that we don’t learn today as we did yesterday! Today we don’t undertake training like yesterday. Initial and continuous training and education must be rethought and a new meaning must be given to the word: LEARNING throughout one’s life… in order to make our skills and knowledge the best asset for employability and competitiveness for French people and companies.
Today, Bizness is a pioneering and leading company in New Generation Vocational Training that operates in over 30 countries. It has more than 50 employees and 70 training consultants, while integrating its own digital factory JUMP, FrenchTech and FrenchFab.
Eager to share this quest for knowledge with as many people as possible, it is with great enthusiasm that Bruno has today joined the educational committee of the Joyeux Matins primary school!
